Vehicles with excessive soiling, heavy buildup, or biohazard conditions may be subject to a $25–$50 condition surcharge. To ensure the best results within your scheduled time, we ask that large obstructing items be cleared before we arrive (e.g. coats, gym bags, sports equipment) — everyday items and garbage are no problem. A $15 prep fee applies if significant clutter remains at the time of service. All additional charges are communicated and confirmed before we begin.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the service. An Exterior or Interior detail typically takes 2–3 hours depending on vehicle size. A Signature Detail takes anywhere from 4–5 hours. A Deluxe Detail can take up to 6–8 hours. Paint correction services can take 3–5 hours. Ceramic coating services require the entire day to ensure quality results.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

No — you don't need to be present, but we will need access to a key for your vehicle and a safe spot to return it afterwards. We'll handle the rest.

What areas do you serve?

Our main service areas for mobile car detailing are Richmond, Vancouver, Delta, and Tsawwassen. If you're outside these areas, don't hesitate to reach out — we will still be able to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit, Debit, E-Transfer, Cash, or Cheque — please note a 3% service fee applies to card transactions.

Maintaining your car depends entirely on how much you drive it and what it's used for. As a rule of thumb we recommend washing your vehicle's exterior at a minimum of twice a month. The interior is preference but vacuuming and wiping everything down at least twice a month as well is good practice.
